Stagecoach Newcastle Under Lyme

Welcome to Stagecoach Newcastle-under-Lyme where we provide quality part-time training in the performing arts for children aged 4-18.
All our students will have the exciting opportunity to perform at a variety of venues in various performance styles. With Stagecoach we are lucky to be invited to perform in exclusive venues around the UK including Londons West End.
We endeavour to provide a safe and inclusive teaching environment welcoming all students through our doors and supporting their creative development throughout their time with us both off and on the stage. At Stagecoach NUL we are all about improving our students' potential for opportunities that are guaranteed to occur in their future all the way into adulthood. Our highly trained teachers aim to give young people the confidence to perform under pressure, better develop relationships with their peers, not to mention help them pursue their dreams of the performing arts.
Different to other dance and drama schools alongside our educational framework are embedded key life skills that are equally a part of the curriculum, all working towards our belief of 'Creating Courage for Life' for all our students!

Meet The Team

Principal - Natasha Dawe

Natasha fell in love with theatre from the age of 5, after her Grandma took her to see ‘The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe’ it was one of those memories that stays with you forever, since then it only takes the lights dimming in the auditorium or the sound of an overture to give her goosebumps.

Natasha has performed in many Musicals and at the age of 18 won an award for best actress under 21 in Staffordshire for her performance in ‘The Examination’ during the One Act Festivals. Through performing she was often offered opportunities to run her own musical theatre workshops and has choreographed and devised material for holiday workshops and has taught drama and dance in primary and secondary schools - where she developed innovative ways in which to engage and ignite students' enthusiasm for the arts.

Natasha has also worked with ‘The Inspirational Learning Group’ working to deliver business based tasks to Secondary Schools and encouraging children to believe in their own abilities and develop their own ideas. Performance skills developed during childhood gave Natasha the confidence to go into the working world and take the lead when opportunities arrived and lead her into management at the age of 18, that is why Natasha finds it important to encourage young people to take part in the performance arts and wants to inspire children to engage with the arts and the doors it can open for them.
