Stagecoach Fulham

At Stagecoach Fulham we have been providing quality singing, dancing and acting training for children, aged 4 to 18, for over 13 years! We teach those who love to perform and those who need to gain confidence and express themselves. We welcome students of all ages and abilities to learn and to have fun!

Our team of professional performers provides a safe space in which to nurture your child and help them reach their full potential - not just as performers but also as individuals with life-long skills. We have developed a unique Educational Framework for each stage of learning and continually update it to keep it relevant to our students in Fulham.

Our performing arts classes (each covering singing, dance and drama) run for 3 hours or 90 minutes (depending on the age of the student), for 12 weeks* per term.

In addition to our regular classes, we offer LAMDA exams in Acting and Verse & Prose, written reports, specialist West End workshops and performance opportunities, audition techniques and professional representation for film, TV and Theatre work.

LAMDA boosts your child’s performance skills and helps them develop the confidence and clarity needed to speak in
front of people. This will also help your child in interview situations such as for 11+. LAMDA also offer formal Qualifications. The higher grades provide invaluable UCAS points, for future university or college applications.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

(3 hrs each week)

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Stagecoach Further Stages
Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.

Meet The Team

Principal - Alison Bullman

Alison is a graduate of English Literature and Performing Arts and worked for many years as an actress touring the UK and Europe. She has experience teaching drama both in the mainstream and special needs sectors and ran a children's theatre company, taking productions to venues such as the Yvonne Arnaud in Guildford and the Tricycle in Kilburn.

From 2004 to motherhood at the end of 2009, Alison worked for Stagecoach's Head Office, visiting franchisees throughout the country and supporting the network with the day to day running of their schools.

Alison took over as Principal of Stagecoach Fulham in 2010 and is extremely proud of its development since then: from one school with just 17 students, to eight schools and over 300 attending. She is passionate about education in the arts and its power to build confidence and life-skills in young people.

"I love watching students’ self-belief blossom and commitment to their own development grow. Many of my students have been coming each week for 10 years or more!"
